Terms and Conditions of Participation – Prize Draw

1. Organizer
The prize draw is organized by:

2. Eligibility
Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 or older with a residence in the EU.
Employees of Worldalpin Service GmbH and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

3. Participation
Participation is granted by registering on worldalpin.com and posting a free job listing in the Yetizone. Each person may participate only once. Automated entries and multiple participations are not permitted.

4. Duration
The prize draw begins on May 4, 2025 at 00:00 and ends on December 31, 2025 at 23:59. Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.

5. Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded:

• 1st place: 1-year Alpin Premium Plus Package powered by Yetizone
• 2nd place: 1-year Alpin Premium Package
• 3rd place: 1-year Alpin Basis Package

Winners will be selected at random and notified via email within 7 days after the participation period ends.

6. Data Protection
Personal data collected as part of the prize draw (e.g. name, email address) will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the prize draw.

7. Exclusion and Early Termination
Worldalpin reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these terms and conditions.
The organizer also reserves the right to cancel or modify the prize draw at any time for important reasons (e.g. technical issues, attempted manipulation).

8. Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded. A cash payment of the prize is not possible.

9. Applicable Law
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
