Information obligation according to Art. 13 GDPR

Your personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of processing your application, while maintaining data secrecy, and will be forwarded within Worldalpin Service GmbH to the responsible specialist departments. If necessary, we will forward your application to the AMS (Austrian Public Employment Service) for the purpose of checking possible funding opportunities. By submitting your application, you provide us with your documents for the application process. You can assert your right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability by sending a request to the data controller. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

The application will be stored until the completion of the application process. This can take up to 3 months. You can withdraw your application at any time, in which case your data will be deleted immediately. After the end of the application process, in the event of a rejection, your data will be stored for 6 months. If you receive a rejection, you can give Worldalpin Service GmbH your consent at this time for longer storage for a later application process.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Online Shop

The use and operation of www.worldalpin.com requires the exchange of personal data over the Internet.

An order for services in our online shop is only possible as an existing customer, i.e. customer registration via a form is mandatory. The data collected during an online order will be transferred to a customer account in our merchandise management system as master data, stored and used for future orders and for managing the customer relationship.

Contact Form

If you send us inquiries via a contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
